The towels were smaller than expected, essentially oversized hand towels instead of proper bath towels. It felt like living in a paper-thin box. I could hear neighbors clearly, which made for a less-than-peaceful experience. The parking lot was uneven with poor paving, creating puddles that made arriving and departing a hassle.

I enjoyed my stay at West Inn Nau, Downtown Flagstaff due to its prime location just a short walk from Northern Arizona University. The sleek marble and granite tiles in the bathroom were impressive, creating a touch of luxury. However, a significant downside was the rude desk manager who didn't communicate properly, which added to the frustrations of my stay. The loud street noise was also disappointing, especially since I was reassured it wouldn't be a problem. Despite these issues, I enjoyed the homemade Belgian waffles offered for breakfast, a lovely treat to start the day.
